You sure get more rain than we do but we have a few inches of the lovely warming goodness called snow. Not enough to ski of course but very pretty. Poor baby got caught in the rain…
With all that rain coming towards the house, even with grading the patio, it still might collect near the foundation of your home. I guess it does that already 🙂 Maybe some swales would help?
