A plant left behind

Hi there not sure if this is the right way to post this but im in desperate need of some help. a lovely lady i worked with sadly passed away in a very tragic and traumatic manner earlier this year and LOVED plants. most of which have died or were taken by her partner. this is what we have now and i decided to honour her by nursing it back to health as much as i can. i know nothing about plants any and all help would be appreciated to keep her memory alive in the office
