I just got him last week and have been watering once a week, there is a heater on the floor under the desk he is on idk if that would affect the wilting?
Conifers struggle indoors. Low humidity, like the dry air blowing out of your heater, is a major killer.

Move next to a window and away from the heater. Ideally, move outside. These are pretty much seasonal decorations, they won’t last like this inside. I have actually bought these exact “grump” trees, they are usually already on the way out.

Yes! the heater is likely causing the wilting. Lemon cypress hates dry heat. Move it away, keep soil lightly moist, and mist occasionally; it should recover in a few days.
