I think Iâd repot them all into their own pots using a very gritty substrate. Thatâs a lot of lithops and they all look different and at different stages in their cycle. Nice score!

Iâd repot I got 1 like that and repotted all of them in one this is what they look like now
I use a half peat moss mix with pumice or gritty mix. I donât use perlite anymore bc I feel it moves the soil around still real good for letting soil breathe. Than I do a top covering of whatever just so I can see everything clearly. Apparently they can also drink themselves to death so if they feel like a balloon about to pop you gotta cut back on watering.
