Cleaned out my bed so all my red sage didn’t go to seed, that stuff takes over! Curious what these clumps are around the hosta? Also can’t tell if the second and third pics are are the same plant but just larger. They don’t look like anything I planted in that bed. Any help would be appreciated!

The second and third pictures are Youngia japonica. Most would consider them weeds. I would pull them.
