I have a dragon scale that seems to be doing okay, I see small new roots growing along the sides but some leaves started pointing downwards with minimal yellowing. Doing my best to not overwater (which is my plant parent red flag) but not sure if this is normal or not. The plant otherwise seems fine, sturdy and not droopy… leaves just aren’t sticking up

Had that issue as well, went to see my doctor to solve it.

If you just replanted them, Alocasias are extremely sensitive to any environmental change whether it be humidity, light, tempature, and wind/drafts.

If you relocated them as well, try not to move them around. They should start to perk back up over time.

If the petioles are firmly facing down and not flopping, your Alocasia is getting too much light. The leaves are angling away from it.
