After nearly ten days of rain and clouds here in SoCal, the sun finally came out — and it felt incredible! We grabbed the cameras, headed out for a hike, and made our way to the waterfall to soak in a little fresh air and see how much the world had greened up.
This UnCut has a little bit of everything… the real-life garden stuff, Insta 360 behind-the-scenes, and that first burst of sunshine we’ve all been waiting for. And yes, the waterfall made the trek worth it.

I still remember you using Eagle scraps potting mix and other old ones are u still using them some times
Get a bungee corded rebounder (mini-trampoline) if you want a quick way to get your "steps in" in 1/3 the amount of time. I have a "Jump Sport". There is no need to spend any more but you can if you want to get a "Bellicon". NASA says that rebounding for 10 mins on a rebounder = the same as running for 30 minutes!
Thant's a lot of steps, but I bet Jerry had more than you because of the difference in each of your strides. 😄
So how long did it take the two of you to do a 4.4 mile hike? Wondering if you would consider carrying an extra pair of shoes just in case your feet get really wet?

Wow y'all got a ton of rain and here in Pennsylvania we got a ton too 🤗 it's paying off bc we were in such a drought again last year and this year. I do like enjoy going out into nature in the fall and winter. We went on an adventure went picking for wintergreen. And what we do with it we like to sit in front of our wood burner on a cold snowy night sipping on wintergreen tea. It's just as good as peppermint tea which I had harvested that to this year. Nature is very relaxing it takes all the stress away. I have my notifications of your channel for all on 🤗🤗🤗 see you y'all on the next amazing adventure 🩷💜🩵

Yes, I agree, YT is up to something! I've noticed that three YTers that I watch have lost tons of views and a bunch of subscribers. One of them is Canadian, and the other two are of Russian descent. I'm suspicious. But you guys aren't either of those, so I guess it's happening to lots of folks. YT is owned by Google now, if I'm correct. I don't understand what Google or YT gains by dropping subscribers!
Where is this trail?? I’m guessing somewhere around the Santa Monica mountains? I’d love to check it out! I still wear my Fitbit, but after retiring from being a mail carrier, I don’t do anywhere near the 30,000 to 35,000 steps a day like I used to… 😅😊
Virtual hiking. Now this was the easiest hike I've ever done. Thank you. @CG, sorry to hear you didn't make it to the top of Whitney. Not an easy adventure. Friends and I visited the peak over 30 years ago at the end of a back packing trip. We came up from the back side of the pass. Dropped off our backpacks at the pass and hiked up the trail to the peak. Still remember the headache from the altitude sickness to this day. At the pass there still was snow covering the switchbacks going down to the top camp. We sat down in the snow and enjoyed the biggest snow slide you could ever imagine. Over a 1000 foot drop in elevation went by very quickly. The other people trying to hike around the snow thought we were nuts.
