Looking to figure out what I can use to seal a spray foam waterfall piece I am making for my frogs enclosure, all the water pools and channels I plan to silicone and then press sand into, or just paint blue with acrylic paint and then silicone over. But for the rest of it I’d like to water proof it for spills and relative humidity.

More silicone is probably your best bet.
What kind of foam did you use? Black pond foam is already safe and water repellent.
You can silicone or just mix some dry lock with paint and give it a few coats. That’s what I did for my XPS foam backgrounds
