got this from a friend with beautiful, bright roots-idk what kind this is but i kill them every time i pot them. so i rotted the roots on this one & was going to try & resuscitate but, most of the roots are gone-gone. there are a couple of nice, fresh ones coming in, she wants to survive!!!

can i put it in water to regrow them & try again? what kind of soil do these like? is it in the spider plant family? only because i kill them too. what kind of soil does this lady like? thanks for any advice!

  1. Definitely salvageable – pop in some water with some rooting hormone powder and it’ll revive over some months. Try to not have the stem or leaves in the water though. Once it’s got a good amount of root growth, you can transfer to a pot by adding a bit of soil week by week to let it adjust 🧡

    – forgot to add, pull of those sad looking leaves at the bottom too, you got this
