I can’t seem to find a clear answer and at this point I’ve overthought it to death. This is an unheated addition and a west facing window in zone 7b. How long should I leave the grow lights on during the day. Last year I had about 10 different aloe plants on a table by this window with no grow lights and they did fine, the rest were inside but now room is an issue. Thanks!

Normal daylight hours will be fine.
I follow winter daylight hours
You don’t have to worry about it freezing in there?
