I pot them up once I see roots i dont wait for the secondary roots to come in as thankfully pothos are really hardy so easy to transplant right away now for other plant propagations I suggest waiting for secondary roots to develop
Keep in water til there’s a third set of roots growing off the secondary roots, and maybe you’ll get more leaves in that time too, so you don’t have a single leaf in a pot for a year and start to wonder if it’s even growing.
While it’s always better to wait for more roots, pothos are strong and can be planted just like that. I’ve planted a prop like yours and it’s flourished. Go for it OP !!
