I repotted these succulents that weren’t looking too hot and they all have these white strings coming off of them. Is it new roots? Is it a problem that they’re so high up and not in the soil? Does this mean they’re happy and doing well? I’m very new to indoor plants!

    !aerialroots for the bot see below. TLDR, normal and can generally be ignored, but since your plants are leggy, that’s why they’re growing. You can cut to replant, since you’re struggling with their stability.

    Those are just little aerial roots, not a problem and they’ll eventually make their way down to the dirt. Your soil does look a little heavy though. What are you using?

    Those are aerial roots. Totally normal.
