How do I clear this infestation from my plant. What can I use.

Mealy bugs. Not easy to deal with I would take some leaves, wash in soapy warm water and start over. Don’t keep the soil. Wash the pot in hot water and soap before reusing. Check other plants. They probably will have them too or soon could show signs of them
