Looks like gladiolus
Could this be Gladiolus? The corms tell me is that or something related like Ixia or Crocosmia which can be quite aggressive.
I would wait to see if it flowers. Or if you have a plant loving neighbor they might know.
Might be Crocosmia/Montbretia. Nice flowers, but can be weedy…

Looks like Chasmanthe. Kinda hard to say without flowers though.
Without seeing it bloom, I would Croccosomia
