Can this be saved?

I got this string of dolphins at a nursery that was closing. Most of the plants were pretty neglected. What can I do to get this guy to perk up? It’s got new, healthy growth at the ends, but that’s the only place on the plant with “dolphins.” Advice and tips appreciated!
