I just got these 2 cuttings during a green house thinning sale and they came wrapped in moss like pictured, but I have never propagated a cutting this big. Is there something I should do? Do I leave it wrapped how it is and just keep it moist or should I take them out and put them in water?

I would imagine they would be treated the same way as a smaller cutting, just to scale. What is it? Stunning!
I’ve always preferred propping in sphagnum moss because it’s easier to transfer to soil. Unwrap the bag & fill the container with slightly damp sphagnum moss & it’ll grow roots quickly. That vase is perfect.
Light, warmth, humidity are important for root growth.
You can root it in water if you’re more comfortable doing that.
Just so you know… the new growth will not be as big as these mature leaves immediately
I’d put it a large vessel. Drainage holes optional – if your comfortable with exact watering
And let it grow in moss for a while.
