RESIDENTS across Bromsgrove and Redditch are being reminded that brown bin garden waste collections end in the next fortnight.
For those whose first collection was on the week commencing February 24, their final ones will be on Friday, November 21, and for those whose first brown bin collections were the week starting March 3, theirs will be on November 28.

No further garden waste collections will take place until the service resumes in spring.

Bromsgrove District Council’s portfolio holder for environmental services, Coun Peter Whittaker, said: “We’re grateful to residents for their continued support of the garden waste service.

“Please make sure your bin is out for this final round so we can collect it efficiently.”

Leader of Redditch Borough Council Coun Sharon Harvey, added: “We thank residents for using the garden waste service this year and urge everyone to make the most of the final collection.”
