2nd pic one of them is already pushing against the plastic wrap. Can clearly see roots developed but should I wait until they flower to repot?
Is it fine to remove the plastic wrap since they already have growth or will this impact humidity inside?

there’s plenty of advice on r/Alocacia but generally it’s advised to wait until there’s at least two leaves.
