An ode to golden weeping willow

So I didn't realize that weeping willow comes in gold, too until I saw these at a wildlife refuge in Oregon. I happened to see these around dusk, and the colors were just brilliant! I'm wondering if you guys ever see these planted at someone's homes. Maybe on a big ranch/property somewhere. Or, are they slow to mature and ​would​ only survive in the wild? Even the bark/trunk texture l​ooked interesting to me.
