    Firstly never trust an influencer lmao. I saw one who said she waters hers like once in 7 weeks but I did mine every 2 weeks. It just depends on the plant and your environment

    they always drink more when you use wick watering because if the soil medium is suitable you create an environment where the roots can constantly uptake water. watering from the top less frequently is good because top watering introduces the potential for oversaturating your soil medium which can kill your plant
