I mulched a bunch of my leaves against my better judgement on Saturday thanks to this subreddit.. Not only did my battery powered Toro do a pretty shit job when they got thick, but I then had to use my Toro leaf blower to go over the entire fucking yard to spread out the massive clumps of halfway mulched leaves that were 100% going to kill the grass.
I think I’ll stick with raking to the curb for anything other than light leaf coverage.

Usually you should rake the leaves so you can reattach them after winter. In this way you can get a few years out of the leaves before you need to buy new ones.

Can we see a close up pic of the grass 🕵️♂️

Where is this post based on lawn care. I assume most people mulch and rake. My 3/4 acre lot in upstate my has about 20 oaks, maples, hickory, and black locust. There r too many to mulch. I use a 30″ single blade riding mower. I believe the vacuum bags the leaves and clippings betting than multiple blades. Them i put them in an area that is already a flower/vegetable garden, an edge at the fence or stone wall, or a small contained(garden/chicken wire) that composts. I harvest the beautiful soil later. I Never fertilize. And minerals occasionally, and only water spots or new lawn areas.

where is mulch? , I don’t think I could get them that fine from my vitamix
Damn that looks great
Does the mulch help the plastic turf stay green?
So confused here. The change case in your title means sarcasm but you’re being serious about munching your leaves…?
Nice carpet there mate
What type of grass is that?
What do you do, vacuum?

You could roll putts on this holy cow. No children or dogs I’m assuming!
I know those tracks! Bissell Crosswave with a sturdy plastic brush attachment!! Hell yeah! Cleans that porch carpet right up!!
I’ve been hearing about burning incense from 7-8:13 at night, zone12.d.
Rain awakens the familiar scent of fallen leaves, wet earth and the nostalgic Authentic Turf Grass Scent™.
We have snow on the ground today and our trees still have half their leaves on still.
You missed a spot.

Spectacular landscaping !
The leafs are too many!
My 100 foot old growth trees laugh in your general direction.
Could use some Weed n Feed about now …
Ew

My dog would take the meanest shit here
Btw looks like a sweet setup
Something about that makes me really just want to come over and lay face down on your lawn like I’m giving it a big big big hug.
That’s shit quality lmfao
that’s unreal
I mean when your “yard” is this small sure. Now do 2 acres with 20 mature oaks.
Nice carpet you have there

Unrelated but how do you supply power to the lights on your fence? Are they solar?
Who put the tree in the middle of the putting green
This guy golfs
Use a vacuum to make some stripes
I don’t listen to people who vacuum their lawns
Are those lanterns on your fence solar powered?
I call foul, unnecessary roughness
Do you put the mini windmill and the putting cup away for the winter?
No pets eh
