Zone 6b, roughly 5,500 sqft. Had a later start to a lawn renovation than I would’ve wanted but so far the progress has been awesome. Started with scalping the lawn, dethatching, fixing some really low spots with top soil, 50lbs of Lesco All Pro Team Mates Plus seed, 18-24-12 Starter Fert and Tenacity all applied on 8 Oct. i also sprinkled peat moss over everything. I setup two 2-zone sprinkler timers with a variety of sprinklers. The first couple weeks were exhilarating, after 7 days I would wake up to more and more grass popping up. Looking forward to continuing this renovation next year. Learned a lot on this sub so thank you all!
