NSW Waratah

I grew this NSW Waratah from seed last summer + it’s survived the cold winter on my deck (NW Tasmania, so we’ve had a few frosts). Now we’re heading into spring, what’s the best thing to do from here? Do I let it get bigger in the pot it is in, or should I put it into a bigger pot? Full sun? Feeding? Special soil? For size, it’s about 7cm from soil to tip of the tallest leaf. Thanks 😎
