The seedling rised it's leaves from the seed coat while i was at school and i found it like that when i got home. Are those three cotyledons a sign of a triploid plant?
I’m quite new and it’s my first time reading the term triploid plant so i asked gpt if it’s good for pepper to be 3ploid, idk if it’s hallucinating or not, but it said they’re usually sterile. No idea if true or not

But regarding the 3 leaves, It said it’s not always the case though it might turn out normal
No, having three cotyledons is just a misshappen during embryo formation, it has not relationship with the ploïdy number
