When i got home I noticed the window was left open and it is very windy and chilly as I live in New York. I’m wondering if the cold might be the reason why all the leaves are falling over?
The calathea next to it was still okay but edges were curling in. I brought them into the warmest room in the house (bathroom). Is it salvageable.

Water 😉
Humidity too!!
Pick a spot with adequate light and stop moving them. In my experience, calatheas are incredibly sensitive to change.
Every time I’ve moved my rattlesnake to a new room, I know it’ll be another month or two before it starts putting out new leaves. And that’s only if I’ve been watering right.
Granted, ‘sensitive’ does not mean ‘eager to die’. As long as they have 3 solid leaves, they can and will bounce back from just about anything.
All you need to do is water them right and leave them alone. They’ll sort themselves out in their own time.
Could it just be nyctinastic movements? Calathea are constantly moving their leaves. It usually doesn’t indicate a problem.
The cold wouldn’t help, but it also looks from this photo like they don’t get a lot of light either. Maybe move them to a warmer, brighter spot and leave them be.
