I live in ACT and in the garden there are standard roses that are big variegated pink and white blooms but I’ve just seen this extra growth from below the branches with these little white 5 petal white blooms…
I realise the standards may be grafted to get the varied colour but these small blooms are so unusual. Can anyone explain please and do you think I’d be able to take a cutting to make a separate bush?

    It’s a multiflora rose 🙂 yes you can take a cutting, they’re known to be quite fast growing/invasive. Hope that helps you do a little digging – pun not intended 😅
