No. See drooping. Watering issues. Too much at once or not enough ever.

You are overwatering this plant.
A common misunderstanding about Monstera species is that they don’t actually need or want very much water at the roots at all. Their natural habitat is dry shade at the base of larger plants and trees, so make sure you’re barely ever watering the soil (a large cup of water once every 2-3 months throughout the year is fine). Instead, you want to make sure that the area around the base of the plant above soil level and the leaves are in a high humidity environment. A steamy bathroom is ideal for this but you can manage it just about anywhere with a mist bottle. Just mist it thoroughly every few days/once or twice a week and you’ll notice a real improvement.
Also, cut off that yellow leaf, it’s done for ✌️

This is not damage from too much light.
It’s hard to tell if your plant is showing signs of over watering or underwatering.
As for some of your other advice:
The bathroom does not provide consistent humidity that will benefit the plant.
Misting does not provide humidity to a plant.
**How frequently are you watering?**
**How much water do you give at each time?**
**How long does it take for the soil to dry almost all the way down to the bottom?**
You should be able to water the plant thoroughly maybe once or twice in a month, it depends on how the foliage behaves. By thoroughly I mean that you soak all of the soil, of course let it drain and don’t let it sit in water.
If your soil isn’t able to dry significantly in a couple of weeks then you may need better draining soil. Of course more light helps the plant process more water.

It’s basically impossible to give a monstera too might light if it’s living inside a house.
