Commercial real estate firm Kidder Mathews announced that it facilitated the sale of the Quincy Executive Townhomes, a 20-unit multifamily community in the city of Quincy.
The development at 420–522 F Street NE sold for $3.625 million. Built in 2019, it features five four-plex buildings with two- and three-bedroom units, offering 20 covered parking spaces, divided between garages and carports.
Quincy is in Central Washington. According to Kidder Mathews, the city has experienced rapid housing growth due to the expansion of the tech and agricultural sectors. Its closeness to major data centers, the Gorge Amphitheatre, and the Columbia River draws both residents and investors.
