This was the very first bog garden that I ever built. Biggest mistake…… not understanding the growth habit of sarracenia and planting them way too close together. Click HERE for the video. I ended up having to use a shovel to get these monstrous plants out!!!

Weren’t you saying earlier not to disturb the roots within a month of freezing temps (ie, give them a month to acclimate before they face freezing stress)? Or am I misremembering?
