The one fell off took over a week to die but the one dying was healthy yesterday. I watered it the day before and it look like that within one day, what should I do?
I would repot with succulent soil. It looks very moist. They like the same type of semi-abuse as other succulents, ditto sun.

1. Better draining soil – use a succulent/cactus mix
2. Remove little pebbles on top – too water retaining
3. Only water when the soil is bone dry

It is super overwatered. The leaves are FULL, like bursting, and the soil is also very wet. Way too much water. Succulents don’t need water very often. Don’t water on a schedule, water based on if they need water. You will be able to tell by their leaves being a bit deflated, and if you give them a gentle squeeze there will be some give. Water then, giving it a decent soak, but don’t water again until it’s in the same state. Make sure the soil is fulllly dry between waterings.
