Hi all! A newbie gardener here. We've recently got a thornless blackberry plant online (Although I can't tell if it's actually thornless, it seems to have sporadic spines that may or may not be new shoots…?)
Anyway the point is – It's looking pretty poorly. I know it's November so it's not exactly going to look tip top, but a few google searches have suggested the poor thing has a fungal disease. Does this seem accurate? And if so, any tips on helping the poor thing?
Thank you for your time and expertise!

Blackberry will often have older leaves looking unhealthy when the plant itself is fine. All you can do in my opinion is put it somewhere that will give it the right conditions for producing healthy new growth when the weather improves.
Happy gardening!
Leaves are falling on some trees and shrubs now too. Could just be getting ready for winter? If wait until spring time to assess how its doing
