Hello fellow succulent parents! I just got some of my first lithops (from Lowe’s of course), and I’m wondering what cheap planting mixes I could use for temporary potting, just to get them out of the crappy plastic containers for the winter, I’ve already found a pretty good pot size for this of my already owned pots(see photo), just need some good soil that’s a bit cheaper and smaller quantity of it, or some recommendations of what I could mix in my normal plant soil to help them! Thx in advance!

I mix mostly little lava rocks and perlite with a little bit of soil. You want it to be like 80% inorganic. That pot looks like it should be good but hard to tell for sure from this pic, they grow pretty long tap roots straight down so they need a deep container
