It’s been a good few months with my tall fiddle leaf fig! She didn’t drop any leaves during the move or during repotting a couple weeks ago. Now I’ve noticed this yellowing leaf at the base…. I’m so nervous! She’s been perfectly find until now.
I water only when the top inches of soil are very dry. the humidity stays between 50-70% and the temp hasn’t gone below 60°, even as it cools down.
Any advice? Thank you all endlessly 💓

It’s normal for large plants like this to occasionally drop leaves at the bottom! However, my first thought is wondering if it gets enough light from that small window!
If possible, regardless of whether light is why the leaf dropped, I would move it to a window where it gets more light! Beautiful plant though!!
Days are shortening and it might not be getting as much light as it did before. Due to its large size it will need plenty of light to sustain itself.
My FLF’s go under grow lights for winter months even though most of them are placed next to the windows.
My FLF recently also dropped two of its oldest/bottom leaves. He seems to be doing well otherwise.
It could be a combination of the leaves were just done and the days are getting shorter.
ETA: the whole second paragraph bc I hit save before I meant to.
