my mom couldnt find a clear answer on google so im posting this here for her in hopes anyone can give any directions. below is my moms question:
I have a Bamboo plant that has 3 babies. Can I cut them off and replant them, or do I leave them as is and let them grow with the mother?

I’d let them grow with the mother for a fuller look. When it gets too crowded, I would then split and repot separately.
Dracaena is a super easy plant.
It is called lucky bamboo, but has no relation to actual bamboo.
