I’ve had this plant for several years and this is a recurring constant problem.

It’s in new soil, recently repotted, it’s been fed over the summer, I allow the water to sit for a few days before using it rather than using it straight from the tap. I check the soil with a moisture meter.

It’s always growing new leaves, it’s in a bright spot but not getting tons of direct sun that would burn it. But these crispy browns edges always appear.

Can anyone advise? Thank you!

That looks like a very bad thrips infestation.

Uhm those white little moving things on your leaves.. are the culprit.

Oof well now you can treat it for thrips and given everything else I bet she will thrive!
