I got used hydroponic PVC pipes at a garage sale a year ago. Finally cleaned the rails and set it up. I am excited! Working with what I have in the house for now. I ordered a MARS HYDRO TSL2000. I am currently attempting to germinate old seeds and will try use that smaller light for the second shelf later (if I can do so without too much heat). Just wanted to share my excitement with some folks. 😁 I have been dreaming of growing my own food ever since I got into propagating/pirating plants in college. I had a lot of fun with African violets but they are more for looks. I have only ever grown chives and a few measly alpine strawberries for eating.
Got lettuce, basil, oregano, and chives in the pods and I ordered some strawberry roots. Hoping to have some fresh produce this winter.
