I’m in the Netherlands and I’m turning this enclosed balcony (it was storage 😅) into a small green sitting corner.
Budget: €100–€150 only.
What would you do first: flooring/deck, plants or lighting/curtains?

Extra info: it’s my sister’s place 😊
Size is about 2,20m x 2,30m, enclosed, south-ish light.
I was thinking: vinyl / click floor first → then plants → then simple seating.
Does that order make sense?
