We got a few rare baby (more like embryos, let’s be real) monsteras back in April and this is the only survivor.
It started with two leaves and grew another one (the one that currently looks burned). Earlier this week, the old leaf turned yellow and died, so this is all I’m left with. It has just one sturdy root and that’s it.
I’m not sure if this will survive and what I can do to save it. I have mixed orchid bark into the potting mix for more drainage, put it under a grow light, and water when the soil gets dry.

Change the pot to a bit smaller than the current one. Change potting mix to barks only (soaked them in water overnight first). Move it to where there’s good ventilation and bright indirect light. Bright indirect light exposure at least 5-6 hours a day.
Bright indirect light can be seen from your shadow. Put your palm close to where you want to put your plant, then look at your hand’s shadow. If the edge is clear it’s too much light. The edge of your shadow should be a bit blurry.
At this stage it needs like a tiny cup of fluval stratum, the roots are def rotting in that pot
