    I made a payment of ₹25,000 for a service agreement that was promised to cover plant growth and maintenance for 11 months. However, after 5 months of service, I was informed that the service agreement only covered 6 months, which is a significant deviation from the initial promise made by your representatives.

    Additionally, I have found the quality of the services provided to be highly unsatisfactory. Your team has consistently failed to show up on time and has not provided the level of care that was assured during our initial discussions. As a non-gardener, I trusted your expertise to manage the plant care effectively, but instead, the service has been incomplete and unreliable.

    To make matters worse, there is no written policy or documentation outlining the terms of our agreement, leaving me in a vulnerable position. The lack of clear communication and transparency has led me to feel that the actions of your company amount to fraudulent practices. I am extremely disappointed that I was misled and have received subpar services.
