This plant needs an airy soil (aroid mix) that doesn’t retain too much water, and a pot with drainage holes. You can make your own mix by combining equal parts potting soil, perlite, and orchid bark.
It also needs support to stay upright, either a pole, a plank, or a moss pole (in order of difficulty). The “back” of the plant should be facing the support.
It also needs plenty of light.
Based on your photo, I don’t think its needs are met, which is why it’s wilting.
Good luck!

What the previous commenter said, but if you don’t have perlite similar options are ok. Mine lives in soil, orchid bark and expanded clay mix. The chunkier the better (mine’s chunky, but if mixed it now I’d put less soil and even more chunky stuff).
Also, monsteras need regular fertilizer (less during winter, but still some).
