If you open up that blind it’ll do well
Yes as long as you’re watering it, and it’s getting direct sunlight. Suggest removing the stake so it can get strong on its own. Also suggest putting the cutting into a container with a larger opening, once it starts to grow roots you won’t be able to pull it out of the vase you have it in.
