So today I noticed the center of my welwitschia is brownish. Over the past week there's algae growing on the soil too. I water her once a week throughly and recently started adding very diluted fertilizer. Let me know if anyone had any tips?

New leaf tissue is bronze due to chlorophyll not being fully developed yet. Now if it stays that way and becomes more yellow, it is a water/root issue. If roots are sitting in saturated media and or the roots are sitting water, new leaf growth will turn yellow. If you have had this seedling for a while and is suddenly doing this and your cultivation has remained the same, it’s just pushing out new growth.
