Why are the top leaves looking like it’s lacking chlorophyll? Photo 1 – It’s smooth not grainy. I have been thinking the top leaves are lacking water but then the bottom leaves look like they are damaged by overwatering. I water it every 8-10 days when the leaves look droopy and she sits by a southeast facing window, pretty bright corner. Please guide me!

Looks like spider mite damage. Wipe down the whole plant (leaves topside and underside) weekly with a paper towel dampened with insecticidal soap. Spider mite damage can often look similar to sunburn (as it does in the second pic) however your plant is obviously not getting direct sun so can rule that out

Either spider mite or sunburn, or both, dont worry about it though spider mites are the least irritating in my experience (ive only delt with thrips and spider mites and ive gotten rid of spider mites with just a simple shower of the plant and a simple spray of some pesticide or wtv its called)

I wipe my leaves down in a weak white vinegar solution front and back in case of spider mites. It kills the eggs and keep dust from accumulating which they love to nest in.
