Some of them are still green! Throw out the dead ones though. Less moisture though, I assume you have been misting them but idk.

Perlite in a plastic container with a lid worked for me.
I placed it on the window sill so it got indirect sunlight everyday.

Sometimes i think I have a fail, go to remove the dried up leave, and find that it’s rooted in the soil. A few weeks to month later i’ll see a little green nub or two coming up 🙂 may not be failed yet!

I think as far as succulents and cactus go, neglect is a better way to go than babying them. I’ve left succ leaves and cactus cuttings bare on a shelf and they’ve rooted and grown just fine. I usually barely tuck the leaves into dry substrate and don’t water until the mother leaf is mostly/completely crispy, there should be a small rooted plant by this time. I then dont water again until the leaves are quite deflated and even a little wrinkly. I give them a good soak and the next day theyre plump and perky again.

They look like sempervivum leaves. Unlike other succulents they can’t be propped by leaves effectively, only by pups
