Now go out and make a positive impact on those you encounter, say hello, smile, fist-bump, hug, ask if they need anything, simply be nice and open a door, let someone merge on you, pay for a stranger’s coffee, water, soda or beer, say sorry where needed, we all know where it’s needed, and tomorrow, Sunday, repeat, yeah, do it all over.
And lastly and less importantly, I hope your trichs are all growing and or sleeping well.

Reminds me of a chorus from a german song: -Fick nicht die Welt, sonder schwänger sie! Verteil positive und nicht negative Energie! – Which basically means: don’t fuck the world, but impregnate her, spread positive energy rather than negative energy! In hard times, like nowadays I like to remind myself of that quote.
