Nah they look
Fine right now, maybe a tiny drink only
No, do not water immediately after they flower. Wait until the old outer leaves have completely withered and dried, as the new leaves are drawing all the moisture they need from them during this phase. Watering too soon can cause the old leaves to stay plump, which can make the plant prone to rot and prevent the new leaves from developing properly.
The other two are still about to flower, so I think you’re safe to give them a bit of water to support the flowering and to help them get good roots going. Then you won’t have to worry when you stop watering while they split.
No water, they look nice and plump.
