Purchased my first home in January 2025 and did my first ever lawn renovation this fall. I also renovated the patio and landscaping myself and recently built a new garden bed for next year (had fence installed by contractor). Still have some spots that need to fill in but overall I am pretty satisfied with how things turned out. Looking forward to seeing how it looks in the spring. I plan on posting all the steps I took with pictures in hopes that it will help anyone new to lawn renovations because I know how much this sub helped me with getting a plan together.
Thanks for the advice everyone,
Cheers

If anyone ever asks you why you care so much about your lawn or why you spend so much time/money on it just show them these pics
Beautiful job. Be proud
I’d say you earned yourself a cold one or seven, enjoy it!
Crispy

Beautiful but be careful with that fence around your ac unit
Solid. What’s your zone and what cultivar did you use?
Sod or seed
Stay humble. We all know how things can turn around.
