After a rough summer and lots of crab grass, I bailed on my lawn service company and decided to take matters into my own hands. I used an electric rake with scarifier and laid down new seed and peat moss. Lots of water and a bottle of neighbors envy got things pretty tuned up. Advice for what I should do over the winter and next spring?

Looks great! What kind of seed did you use? Where are you located?

Can you post your bill of material for the above ground sprinkler head setup (rotator, NPT, and spike)?

Awesome job. Mine looks sad after drought killed patches outright and so much moss under it

I need to dethatch that crap out and lay down and inch of new soil over the 4000 sqft lawn but it’s Canada so were getting pretty low soil temps soon
