Careful. May be problematic. Why sink? Maybe whoever built it or another professional. If just a hole I’d use dirt from on property if none get top soil or garden soil , comes in bags

First, do you know why it happened and has it been corrected? After corrected I would remove the mulch, fill it with fill dirt until it’s sloped away from your home, add mulch on top. It is very important that the slope of the dirt is AWAY from your house.

note all that sloppy cementy stuff is just mortar from doing the bricks that fell and was left to harden into a lump. Having too much of that can then direct water under it and cause more problems. If there is a bunch of that in the ground it will definitely not drain right and cause holes. Add to that that chipmunks love to start holes under rocks etc.

but also check how water moves there during a storm, like if the gutter leaks there or water flows back from the walkway

Regular dirt. Topsoil and especially garden soil won’t compact and will wash away.

🤞for OP’s sake that it is a Monolithic slab and that they take this seriously. This can/will lead to structural issues. It might be necessary to put a helical pier this corner or at least a concrete sonotube overdue and poured to carry the load to undisturbed grade.
