Spider plants do interesting things when you grpw them along ledges. Especially if you have periodic anchors, because you can send sone of the runners cascading down. I had one in the corner of a window sill around the same size as yours and the effect was pretty cool! and used a couple african violets as anchors once. I’m not sure if I ever took pictures…I’ll check my camera roll and a bed and seek. They grow pretty fast and propagate easily, so you might enjoy experimenting with it. (:
